I love garlic and ginger. It would probably have been good with just that. Even with low sodium soy it came out too salty for me. Next time I'll use either water or stock with a small amount of soy.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 4 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 34 lb green beans, fresh
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, fresh,peeled and minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 12 cup soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chili-garlic sauce (available in large supermarkets)

Directions

  1. Heat the sesame oil in a heavy skillet or wok.
  2. Add the beans and stir-fry until almost tender.
  3. Add the ginger and garlic.
  4. Cook for three minutes longer.
  5. Add the soy and chili sauce.
  6. Bring to a boil and cook for 30 seconds.
  7. Serve warm.
