Made this using deer steak. Turned out excellent! Only used one onion and it provided plenty of flavor. I was out of celery so I doubled the carrots instead. The kids and the Husband loved it! Thanks

This recipe was really good. I added pepper flakes and used less oil (I used olive oil). My husband said it tasted more like Mongolian Beef than Szechan Beef, but likes both anyway. Thanks for the recipe, it's a keeper!!

End result very good! I cut this back to 8oz of beef and keeping most ingredients cut in half I would next time cut back on the Chinese 5 spice to under 1/4 tsp .I used 3 green onions and cut back on the carrots & celery because I was serving this with Stir fry & Rice That included Celery & Carrots amount,. I used the full Tabasco sauce (some like it hot)No complaints on this recipe Thanks mmlwjr
