Thank you for making my pancake-making easier! Now I don't have to try to get the blueberries just right in the batter, I can just make all plain ones and just put this tasty blueberry syrup over them. I took other's hints and just added about half the sugar. So good!

Yum Yum Yum!! Great recipe!! I used mixed frozen berries that you get from Costco. This was so great! We had this for our Easter breakfast. I will be making this again for sure, but I think I will stick to the mixed berries because I like the tartness a bit better then just plain blueberries. Thanks so much!!

I made this to go with baked pecan french toast for brunch. I used 1/2 cup sugar and thickened it with a bit of cornstarch at the end. Very good but I'm glad that I didn't put the full cup of sugar in. That would have been too sweet. Thanks!
Very easy. Used 1/4 c almost of the blueberry juice that was in my frozen bag in place of water. Never did get super thick but was sweet enough. Thanks for sharing. =)
Made some up this morning -- better blueberry pancakes than we ever had at any restaurant. EVER.
