Wonderful icing! Being an icing fanatic - it has to be the best and the easiet I've ever had/made! Didn't have vanilla extract on hand, so substituted strawberry...better than I thought it would be! Thank you for posting!

This is excellent!I added 2 TBSP of Bailey's Irish Cream at the very end.The simple white cup cakes will "pop" with flavor. Thanks !

excellent frosting!! very nice texture and makes piping very easy !! roses came out very nice !! I have decorated cakes for years always used the butter cream fron a frosting company this is 100% better !! Thank you for posting
