  1. So easy and delish! Put all together in morning before left for church. It was so good and tender! Only did 6 hours in crockpot. Didn't have green peppers or onions, but used some dried onion instead. Thank you for sharing! :)

  2. This was really good. Super easy to make. I am so busy with work during the day, but I am a stickler about eating good home cooking. Not fast food! This was great! Made for ZWT6

  3. I am always searching for good Swiss steak recipes and I particularly like ones I can do in my crock pot. I love the use of the rotel tomatoes, we can't have green peppers, so just left them out, but didn't miss them at all.

  4. This was good and easy to make. I followed the recipe as written other then I didn't cook the steak in oil. I sprayed the pan with pam and cooked it like that. Also instead of the water I added beef broth as I had some in the fridge to use up and I figured it would add a bit more flavor. Mine was also done in about five hours. The family enjoyed it.

  5. Loved the ease of preparation and my husband loved the flavor! I was in the middle of a yogic cleanse and couldn't try the meat, but I did have some of the sauce over rice and mung beans. It really helped kick up the flavor of an otherwise bland meal.
