    Ingredients:

    Directions:

      Cut pork crosswise into thin strips.
    2. 2
      In large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat; stir-fry pork, in batches, for 2 to 3 minutes or until browned but still slightly pink inside. With slotted spoon, transfer to plate.

      Add onion, mushrooms, garlic, salt and pepper to pan; cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes or until no liquid remains.

      Return pork to pan. Stir in sour cream and stock; cook, without boiling, for 1 minute or until hot. Stir in lemon juice.

      Sprinkle with parsley.

      This was so quick and delightful, I thought I was at a spa. I served also with spaetzle, Swiss Spaetzle (Very Easy Homemade Noodle) ..and I thought surely the Alps were in the back yard. Very easy to put together, with many items on hand. Perfect! Made for ZWT7

      If "kid-pleaser" includes teenagers, then a kid-pleaser this ceratinly is! Simple and delicious; everyone in the family liked it. We served with buttered noodles. Thanks for posting! Made for ZWT Witchin Kitchen.

      I'm pleased to be the first to review your recipe. I think it's a keeper. It's a great recipe for pork chops that I always have in the freezer. I get tired of fixing them the same old way and this is a new one for me and a nice change. I followed the recipe as written, and served them over spaetzle, #1280021. I will be making this quite often in the future. Thanks for posting it.
