I make a container of this once a week & keep it in the fridge to have for breakfast every morning. It is a healthy, nutritious and delicious way to start the day! Experiement & add whatever fruit you like. Prep time doesn't include the overnight soaking, from the "Healthy Living Cookbook".

I had first had this at the Sheraton Suites complimentary breakfast and was hooked! This is a great, simple recipe that should be taken advantage of. I've made a few batches for myself and even more for my parents who can't get enough. I like adding raisens.

  1. Combine oats, milk and honey and leave soaking in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. Next morning, add the grated apple, hazelnuts and yogurt.
