This is good. Like awalde I never let mine sit a long time as I prefer it fresh, not mushy. I used some Balkan (thick) yogurt and banana strawberry Yop for the milk (a yogurt fruit flavoured beverage). I used crasins, dried currants, as that is what I had on hand, red delicious apple for the same reason but think granny smith would work better in this, I served it with sliced fresh strawberries and raspberries on top. Made for ZWT7 Switzerland, for my team Food.Commanods

Yummi! Muesli is always yummi and healthy!
Even if I'm Swiss I dont refrigerate this overnight, because I like the texture more! I like my muesli fresh done, with fresh fruits and self made flavored yougurt (I used plain yogurt and I added self made sour cherries jam).
Thanks for this recipe. Done for ZWT7

I liked this so much that I made it three days in a row! I used Nancy's whole milk yogurt, whole milk in place of skim, currants an dfresh bluebeeries and finished it with a light sprinkle of ground cinnamon, fresh bananas and strawberries and a quick drizzle of local clover honey. Made for our VIP in Veg Tag/September.
