Make and share this Swiss Muesli recipe from Food.com.
- 1 apple, cored
- 1⁄2 cup yogurt
- 2 tablespoons almonds or 2 tablespoons hazelnuts, chopped
- 1 cup rolled oats
- Grate the apple.
- Mix with oats, nuts and yogurt.
- Can be served with canned or fresh fruit.

Great-tasting, easy-to-make treat! I have homemade granola around, & another time I'll try it with that, but for this initial try, I made the recipe as written (using a peach yogurt) which we enjoyed over sliced peaches! A lovely lunch. I chose to use a Bosc pear and vanilla yogurt. I used a granola mix for the topping. Very filling and satisfying. Made for Sweet Traditions tag game~
