would have loved to make this ..but fat free sweetened condensed milk is not sold in Gibraltar sigh!
So yummy! I love tapioca pudding and this is so simple to make.
Really great pudding and easy to make. I always double the recipe. I also like to eat it warm after the 20 minutes of sitting covered. Thanks for posting.
Omg! Where have you been all my life fish eye pudding. Delicious and easy as it gets.
I've made this four times - changing a little each time. The last time I used 1/3 cup plus 1 tablespoon of sweetened condensed milk (1/3 can) and no cornstarch. It is pretty thin while it is warm, but perfect consistency when it cools, creamy but not too thick. I also cooked in the microwave on high six minutes, stirring every two minutes. I will be making my tapioca pudding this way from now on. Better than the recipe on the box.
I always used the recipe on the box...NO MORE.....This is my tapioca pudding recipe forever and forever....Thank you so much.....
Yummy! the directions were straight-foreward and the pudding was great. My only problem was I had to stir the pudding for about 20mins before it would boil and thicken. I used minute tapioca as i couldn't find dry, and low-fat sweetened condensed milk as i couldn't find fat-free. Thanks!
Yum! I followed the ingredients list to the T... except I accidently put in 1 1/2 Tbs. of tapioca instead of 2 1/2. I will defiantly make this again!
I have never tasted Swiss Miss Tapioca Pudding. This one tastes great but is a bit too sweet. It took a lot of time to do it on the stove top. If I do it again, I'll try in the microwave. Thanks LonghornMama :) Made for Beverage tag.
Very good pudding, I love the sweetened condensed milk in this. I used 1% milk and fat free condensed milk. Next time I want to try it with a vanilla bean. I will be making this often, thank for this recipe and the one you recommended I want to try that one as well.
