      We found this dish to hit the spot and I can't wait to make it again. I cheated a little bit by using the meat from a rotisserie chicken which made this easy dish even easier. The combination of diced tomatoes and green chilies is perfect and all that yummy melted cheese.....yum. Thanks for sharing this winner, carolinajen4.

      These were good, but they were a little bland which surprised me. The meat mixture tasted great before I cooked it, but after cooking it just lost a lot of flavor. Maybe we just like our stuff spicier than most people. :) I think we'll try these again with some Ro*Tel instead of plain tomatoes and green chilies...but we will definitely try these again. Thanks for posting!
