- 946.36 ml chicken (cooked and chopped)
- 473.18 ml celery
- 236.59 ml mayonnaise
- 118.29 ml milk
- 59.14 ml onion (chopped)
- 4.92 ml salt
- 0.25 ml pepper
- 226.79 g monterey jack cheese (sliced and cut into strips)
- 473.18 ml bread cubes
- Combine all ingredients. Bake uncovered 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
I made this using leftover turkey instead of chicken. It was super good! I used half monterey jack cheese and half swiss cheese for the cheese. It is titled "Swiss" chicken casserole. ;)
