- 8 -12 skinless chicken breasts
- 8 -12 slices swiss cheese
- 1 (6 ounce) box cornbread stuffing mix
- 2 cups cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
- 5 ounces white wine (1/2 of the chicken soup can)
- 4 tablespoons butter
directions
- Put chicken in bottom of 9 x 13 pan.
- Put a slice of cheese over each piece.
- Mix soup and wine and pour over chicken and cheese.
- Dump dry stuffing mix over the top.
- Dot with butter.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours if bones in or 45 minutes if boneless.
