I love Quiche type dishes and this is easy as well as delicious... no onions so little kids don't complain!

  1. Chill Crust 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  3. Fry bacon in skillet until crisp.
  4. Crumble all but 6 slices of bacon.
  5. Beat eggs with cream, salt, nutmeg, sugar, salt and pepper.
  6. Rub chilled crust with butter.
  7. Sprinkle bacon and cheese into pie shell.
  8. Pour egg mixture over bacon and cheese.
  9. Bake for 15 minutes.
  10. Reduce heat to 300 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for 40 minutes more.
  11. Garnish with rest of bacon.
