I used about half heavy cream and half light. Very good and easy. I'd like to try it with cheddar cheese too. Thanks for sharing.people found this review Helpful. Very, VERY good, Parsley!!!!!!! I halved the recipe and used gruyere, but next time I'll try regular swiss! After it baked and cooled, it was just a tad runny. But I'm sure it was the cheese.
