  1. Mix cookie crumbs and butter.
  2. Press into a foil-lined 13x9 pan.
  3. Bake 10 minutes at 325°F.
  4. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with a hand mixed on medium speed until well-blended.
  5. Add sour cream and mix well. Add eggs one at a time, beating on low speed after each, just until blended.
  6. Set aside 1 cup of the batter.
  7. Stir melted chocolate into the larger amount of batter. Spoon over crust.
  8. Top with spoonfuls of the plain batter, dotted over the chocolate.
  9. Pull a knife through to create swirls.
  10. Bake 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool completely. Chill 4 hours or overnight.
  11. Lift from pan using foil.
