I had to use 4 times as much water as the recipe calls for. 1/2 cup didn't even moisten all the soy milk powder, let alone make a viscous liquid. Did I miss something? But I forged ahead and used it in my bar cookies, and they came out great!
- 1⁄2 cup boiling water
- 3 tablespoons soy margarine
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1 1⁄3 cups instant soymilk powder (I use Better Than Milk)
