  2. Pour in boiling water.
  3. Stir well.

I had to use 4 times as much water as the recipe calls for. 1/2 cup didn't even moisten all the soy milk powder, let alone make a viscous liquid. Did I miss something? But I forged ahead and used it in my bar cookies, and they came out great!

This recipe is a lifesaver for me. I usually don't make dairy desserts, but love the ones with sweetened condensed milk. This recipe enables me to have the best of both worlds. I found the soymilk powder in the health food store, and bought almost a kilo of the stuff (stored in the freezer). I plan to make this recipe often! Thanks, Kree!
