I haven't tried this yet but it looked interesting. The creator, Marie-Pierre Moine, suggests serving it as an alternative to store-bought dips, with raw vegetables cut into strips or pita bread. It can be mixed up in advance if needed.

I just made this and had to make a second batch - it was so good! I made a change to mine, i gave it a quick whizz with the hand blender to make "sweetcorn hummus" really easy to make would go well as a dip or a condiment ( just had a veggie chicken and dip buttie)
- 1⁄2 can sweetcorn, well drained
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon fromage frais or 1 tablespoon low-fat cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon ketchup
