Treasured family recipe. Been eating this as long as I can remember. Really easy recipe, longest part is shredding the zucchini!

  1. Combine eggs, oil, sugar and zucchini.
  2. Mix in dry ingredients.
  3. Stir in chocolate chips, nuts and coconut.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.

Very good! Liked the coconut in this and the amount of cinnamon was perfect. Made for Spring 2014 PAC.
