"This is too easy!!! Zaar World Tour -- Asia/Tibet but it says in the introduction to the recipe that this yogurt drink has changed over the years due to the Indian influence in Tibetan recipes.   1. Just perfect. I didn't know lassis were so easy to make, so I will be making this drink often as I always have the ingredients on hand. I thought 1/4 cup of brown sugar was just right- not too sweet, but not bland.

<p>I love cooking and trying different foods, but my favorite cookbooks are now Weight Watchers or low fat/low cal cookbooks as I tend to try and make low fat/low cal recipes. I lost over 90 pounds on Weight Watchers and have maintained for over a year now -- so my cooking/eating habits have changed drastically following my weight loss and to keep it off!</p>
