This is too easy!!! Zaar World Tour -- Asia/Tibet but it says in the introduction to the recipe that this yogurt drink has changed over the years due to the Indian influence in Tibetan recipes. I think this will also work with the Brown Sugar/spenda to lower the calorie count.Recipe source: The Lhasa Moon Tibetan cookbook
- Blend ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Just perfect. I didn't know lassis were so easy to make, so I will be making this drink often as I always have the ingredients on hand. I thought 1/4 cup of brown sugar was just right- not too sweet, but not bland.
I really liked this! Sweet and tangy and so simple! Thank you, I'm sure I'll be making this often.
