This dressing is spectacular! I hopped on to Recipezaar to find a quick and yummy dressing for the ingredients I had on hand. This will be something I will continue to make, forever! Im serving it one a baby spring mix with gorgonzola cheese, sliced strawberries, and nuts. Delicious!!! Thanks so much!
I made this to use with some of the more bitter lettuces from my garden. It was really good. I didn't have any balsalmic vinegar so I substituted red wine vinegar. My family really liked it. I will make this again and will try it with the balsalmic vinegar. Thanks for sharing this.

This was so good - my search for the perfect vinaigrette is over! I followed the recipe exactly, but used my blender instead of food processor. Also used flat-leaf parsley, as I like it's flavor better than regular. Used it both on romaine and spinach, and prefer it with spinach - simply sublime! Thanks, Lennie!

I served this on mixed lettuce and mandarin oranges for my in-laws. My fil said it was good. The spice blend has a unique savory flavor and next time I will add a bit more honey, since I am cursed with a sweet tooth! Thanks for posting Lennie. Roxygirl
