ingredients

• 2 (396.89 g) envelope premium chunk chicken, Sweet Sue
• 354.88 ml celery, chopped
• 78.78 ml mayonnaise
• 14.79 ml lemon juice
• 297.66 g can cream of chicken soup
• 59.14 ml onion, chopped
• 59.14 ml pimiento, drained and chopped
• 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
• 78.78 ml slivered almonds (2 oz pkg) or 78.78 ml water chestnut

• Topping

• 414.03 ml potato chips
• 177.44 ml cheddar cheese, grated
• butter

directions

1. Mix ingredients and place in casserole dish. Mix topping ingredients and place on top of Sweet Sue Chicken mixture. Place small pats of butter or margarine on top of casserole.
2. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
