    This is different from most candied pecan recipies I have seen. People who don't even like pecans love these.

    Directions:

      Preheat oven to 250.
    2. 2
      Sit aside pecans.
    3. 3
      Mix next 6 ingredients together in a large container with a lid.

      Mix egg white, vanilla, and water in a bowl big enough for the pecans to be tossed inches.

      Toss pecans in egg mixture.
    6. 6
      After pecans are well coated, transfer to the sugar mixture.

      Place top on the container with sugar and shake well to coat.

      Place coated pecans on a cookie sheet and bake at 250 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.

      Cool well and enjoy.
