I thought this was absolutely delicious- fast, easy, tasty. No complaints here at all! I left out the water/wine as the other poster said the glaze was a bit thin. Marinated the filets (I had two so scaled back the rest of the ingredients) for a few hours and it turned out wonderfully. I also added a bit of fresh grated ginger.

This is a wonderful recipe! This was the first time I had made salmon. I followed the recipe to the T (I used the entire 1/4 cup of olive oil) and it turned out well. Good flavor! Thanks for posting it!

I thought the recipe was good. The taste was very good, but the glaze was a bit thin and didn't really soak into the salmon while it was cooking. I would have loved to thicken-up the glaze a bit so it coated the salmon better. I added a little minced garlic to the recipe and even broiled the last few minutes to try to get a more crisp coat on the salmon...but it didn't work. Taste was good...but would have prefered a thicker coating after it was cooked.
