I halved the recipe, but put four slices of bacon in at the end anyway because, having been directed to cook so much bacon (still had 3 extra strips), I wasn't really thinking about it. This was very easy and tasted delicious. Will definitely be making it again. Thanks for sharing.

Excellent green beans! I've been sneaking little bites as I cook. I can't wait for DH to try, he loves green beans, (one of the few veggies this picky man likes). I love the sweet/sour flavor of them. 5 BIG FAT STARS all the way.

Just loved these green beans!!! I used canned green beans, so also very easy and quick to make. I make a very similar recipe, except it has no soy sauce, brown sugar or the cornstarch, so this was a nice change from the one I have made for years!! Will definitely make these again!! Thanks Debber for a new veggie recipe!!

yummy! I was surpised that my BF loved this cause it was a little bit sweet. He liked it that the bacon was crisp. Made for photo tag game. Thanks Debber and I'm glad to have leftovers for my lunch of tomorrow :)

Very tasty. I expected a thicker sauce though. I was using frozen beans so I didn't cook them as long. I don't know if that mean more liquid and a more watery sauce or not. In any case the combination of flavors is absolutely delicious. I made extra because I knew the family would like this and I hardly have any left. I expect the 15yo will take care of that before bedtime too.
