  1. Meat Balls-----------.
  2. Mix ingredients and shape into about 25 1-inch balls.
  3. Cook in electric skillet over medium heat until brown, stirring occasionally--about 20 minutes.
  4. Remove from skillet.
  5. Sauce----------.
  6. Mix brown sugar and cornstarch in skillet.
  7. Stir in pineapple with syrup, vinegar and soy sauce.
  8. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
  9. Reduce heat.
  10. Add meatballs, cover and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  11. Stir in green pepper, cover and simmer 5 minutes until pepper is crisp tender.
  12. Serve with toothpicks.
