A very easy to follow and fast to make recipe. I'm glad to have given it a try. My family loved it so much I had to make it for two consecutive diners.
Great recipe. I did add a few things though. I added 1 stalk of celery, and 1 carrot cut at a diagonal. I added this with the chicken and cooked until chicken was done. I then followed the recipe, other than adding a zucchini in with the green pepper. I also used Lucky's Sweet and Sour Sauce instead of Kikkoman. I highly recommend this combination of ingredients for a very authentic, Chinese food.
