I threw this together tonight and thoroughly enjoyed the combination. I don't really expect anyone to try it, but I wanted to safe-keep the contents for further reference.

  1. Separately, toast: cashews, sunflower seeds, and coconut; cool.
  2. Combine all the ingredients together in a large bowl and toss so everything is evenly distributed.
