I threw this together tonight and thoroughly enjoyed the combination. I don't really expect anyone to try it, but I wanted to safe-keep the contents for further reference.
- 1 cup sweet popcorn
- 1 cup Honey Nut Cheerios
- 1 cup Chex cereal
- 1⁄2 cup unsalted cashews
- 1⁄3 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
- 1⁄3 cup unsweetened coconut
- 1⁄2 cup honey-roasted peanuts
- 1⁄2 cup dried cranberries
- 1⁄2 cup dried prune
- 1⁄2 cup raisins
- Separately, toast: cashews, sunflower seeds, and coconut; cool.
- Combine all the ingredients together in a large bowl and toss so everything is evenly distributed.
