Sweet Sausage & Pasta

"Sweet and savory pasta dish. From my friend Melissa."

• Serves: 4

ingredients

• 1 medium sweet onion
• 3 sweet bell peppers
• 1 (8 ounce) package mushrooms
• 4 large sweet Italian sausages
• 1 (11 ounce) can diced tomatoes
• 1 (11 ounce) can tomato sauce
• parsley
• salt
• pepper
• italian seasoning

directions

1. Throw all ingredients except pasta in a large skillet.
2. Pour a can of petite diced toms over top, and add tomato sauce.
3. Salt, pepper, Italian seasonings to taste.
4. Simmer until onions and peppers are tender.
5. Serve over pasta.
