Directions

  1. Break each graham cracker in half.
  2. Spoon ice cream onto one cracker half.
  3. Sandwich the other cracker on top.
  4. Place mini-chips in a small bowl.
  5. Press all four edges of the sandwich into the chips.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for one hour until the ice cream is firm.
