- 59.14 ml red wine vinegar
- 118.29 ml vegetable oil
- 59.14 ml sugar
- 1.23 ml dry mustard
directions
- Mix all ingredients and allow to set for a few minutes so sugar can dissolve.
- Be sure to mix or shake before serving over salad or favorite steamed veggies.

This is a delicious dressing! I just love it. It reminds me of my favorite sweet and sour dressing at a local restaurant. Now I can make it at home. It is just wonderful with ingredients I always have at home so I can make it any time. I made this twice, using olive oil at one time. It doesn't look as pretty with the olive oil, but it's probably better for you. A definite keeper. Made this for Recipe Swap #14.
