Naturally sweet with fruits & carrots - an easy & healthy snack!


  1. Roughly chop the ingredients.
  2. Put everything in a blender/mixer and mix until you get fine pieces.
  3. Serve as is (it's really sweet!).

This was so good, it was such a treat even with the carrot in it. I tripled the recipe, so i could serve it to my family, and they all loved it as well.

What a great idea! Made this for lunch today and served it with some vanilla yoghurt. Also cleverly disguises the carrot so was even a winner with my 17 month old daughter who wont eat carrot normally. Thankyou for posting!!!!
