This is great for breakfast!
- 4 rice cakes
- 1⁄4 cup fat free cream cheese
- 1⁄4 cup strawberry jam (you can really use any flavor)
- Top rice cakes with the cream cheese then the strawberry jam.
Can I give this 10 stars?! This was so good, what a brilliant idea! Not only good for breakfast, but good for a snack or midnight munchie. For my dietary reqs, I used Tofutti Better Than Cream Cheese. All I had on hand was strawberry jelly in a squeeze bottle. I used 2 rice cakes and approximately 1 tbsp of cream cheese and jelly each for 1 rice cake. This was very, very tasty, sweet, creamy, and crunchy. I will definitely make these over and over again. Would be excellent with other flavors of jam/jelly, such as peach or apricot or raspberry. Thanks for sharing ontariomomof7. Made this for My-3-Chefs tag game June 2008, for my theme "All By Myself".
