  • 2 (16 ounce) cans sweet potatoes, drained
  • 12 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Mix all but oil and crumbs & roll into balls & roll in crumbs & fry in oil.
