Directions

  1. Cook, peel and mash sweet potatoes.
  2. Add 4 Tbsp butter, milk and salt.
  3. Spoon into greased casserole dish.
  4. Cream together brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, almonds and 4 Tbsp butter.
  5. Spread over sweet potato mixture.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees until heated through and topping has melted.
