Twenty years ago while making a huge Thanksgiving dinner for a crowd I decided to go overboard with my regular, ho-hum candied yams. I just kept adding things to them. Everyone loved them and we ran out quick.
- Melt butter and cool
- Mix together potatoes, sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla and milk. Put into 13x9 baking dish.
- For topping, melt and cool butter. Add all other topping ingredients; mix well.
- Sprinkle over the potato mixture.
- Bake at 350°F about 25 minutes.
