The best yams ever so sweet.
- In a large cast iron skillet.
- melt butter put in sliced potatoes.
- pour sugar on top of potatoes cover with lid.
- cook on med for 30 min or until potatoes are easily mashed.
- sprinkle nutmeg on top simmer for 10 more min and turn off the heat to cool. juice will thicken while cooling. eat when ready.
