This is outrageously good! Who would ever believe sweet potatoes could be so delicious? I served this with herbed, butter-basted turkey breast and watercress/lettuce salad. i thought my turkey breast would be the star of the show; instead it was the sweet potatoes.

Oh my goodness! I was so surprised how good the lemon juice was with the sweet potatoes! Thanks for a new way to eat my roasted potatoes! Made for New Kids on the Block game.

Well 1.5lbs served 3 of us (though did peel them - cannot get my lot to eat with peel on, though it is my preference but I am out voted in this) and used about 1 tablespoon of fresh rosemary needles finely chopped but forgot the lemon juice - so sorry. Served with steamed vegetables and Parmesan Chicken Breasts and we thoroughly enjoyed a great meal. Made for New Kid on the Block, thank you Alley Barbie.
