  1. Saute celery and onion in a skillet in the butter until tender.
  2. Stir in the pecans and seasonings.
  3. Pour into a greased slow cooker.
  4. Add the bread cubes and sweet potatoes.
  5. Toss gently.
  6. Cover and cook on low 4 hours.
