- 3 cups mashed baked sweet potatoes
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄4 cup butter, melted
- 1⁄2 cup sweet milk
- vanilla flavoring

Topping
- 1⁄4 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄3 cup flour
- 1 cup chopped nuts
directions
- For souffle: Mix all ingredients together, then pour into casserole dish.
- For topping: Melt butter. To that add sugar, flour and chopped nuts. Mix together. Sprinkle over souffle. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
