  • Dissolve honey in water and add yeast allow to bloom 5 minute.
  • Add sweet potato, butter, salt, eggs and flour 1 cup at a time. Mix until dough clings to the hook.
  • Place dough on floured surface and knead about 1 minute until smooth.
  • Place in oiled bowl cover and let rise 1 hours.
  • Punch dough down and shape into balls place in lightly oiled pan.
  • Let rise 1 more hour.
  • Bake at 375 degrees f for 15 minute or until golden brown.
