I made mini tarts with this recipe and got 18 beautiful little gems. The flavor and texture was amazing, the crust was crisp, the filling tender and soft, perfectly cooked and nicely spiced We enjoyed these very much. Made for Culinary Quest for Suitcase Gourmets.
