Quick and easy, but so delicious!
- Cut sweet potato into french fry-like strips.
- Dip fingerstips in olive oil and rub a little over each fry.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Place on a cookie sheet and bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
What a good side dish! I normally use savory seasonings such as cayenne pepper, garlic powder, chili powder, etc. But the cinnamon was a new twist for me. I also just sprayed the strips and it worked great. Made for I Recommend Tag Game 2012.
The cinnamon almost makes the sweet potato taste like squash - very pleasant. I didn't use oil just sprayed the chips with "No Oil" and sprinkled on the cinnamon Lovely recipe
