Good potatoes! I like the addition of the shallots, helped cut the sweetness a little. I add a little more butter than called for. Made for I Recommend Holiday Tag.

A really goood basic sweetpotato mash, I had yse spring onion/green onion in place of the shallot due to dietary needs and used spring/green onion which I mixed during the mashingprocess I slaso cut back on the butter and left out the milk otherwise I felt the mix would be too sloppy but it all got gobble3d up and enjoyed, Thank you DiWriter, made for Bargain Basement Tag Game.
