I love the topping. The next time, I will use 3 cups of rice crispy because it looks scrimpy on my 9x13 pan. Also, I only used 1/2 cup of sugar in my potatoes mixture (personal preference). I also reduced hthe brown sugar in the topping to 3/4 cup. Very good dish. Thank you for posting it.
This stuff is yummy! I actually make pies for Thanksgiving/Christmas with this recipe. Prepare a little extra topping, pour the sweet potato mixture in to two deep dish pie shells, top and bake for 25-30 minutes....Delicious! The crunchy sweet topping really does make it special.
