I have not tried this recipe. I got it from Cornell Cooperative Extension. You can use yams in place of the sweet potatoes.
- Peel sweet potatoes or yams and cut into sticks or wedges.
- In a bowl toss with oil.
- Spread potatoes out on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 375 or until brown and tender.
- Sprinkle with a little salt and lemon juice if desired.
