These are delicious even if you don't like sweet potatoes!


  1. Wash sweet potatoes and slice in 1/4 inch strips leaving the skin on.
  2. Fry in a deep fryer or skillet with enough hot oil to cover fries, until just lightly brown and crispy.
  3. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.

Mmm! Yummy and easy to do! I added salt along with the cinnamon and sugar (I don't know why, but I liked that better) and ate way too many of these myself! Oh, and I did try to use as little oil as possible when frying them, just to be a bit healthier. Very good, I'll be making these frequently. Thanks for sharing!
