wow really good .really easy .i used the bisquick clone Bisquick they are fluffy and tasty .be careful of the marmalade as it comes out of oven , it really adds to biscuit so use it. a spoon worked better for me to make petals , try this recipe

I'm a really big sweet potato fan, so this recipe was made for me! So easy to make & all for some REALLY GREAT TASTING BISCUITS! I did change a thing or to, though, in that I doubled the amount of marmalade/preserves that went in the middle, & I topped half of them with the asked-for orange marmalade & the other half with apricot preserves ~ Both were WONDERFULLY TASTY! Thanks for sharing your recipe! [Tagged, made & reviewed in 1-2-3 Hit Wonders tag]

These were really good! I'm the first to admit I'm biscuit challenged, but these were easy. I used Bisquick for the baking mix, and mango jam instead of orange marmalade. I also blended the sweet potato with the milk before adding to the dry ingredients to make mixing easier. These were served with sliced, sweetened strawberries and whipped cream, almost like a shortcake. Yum!

These were really good. My mashed sweet potatoes had been buttered, but that was no problem. A nice change from plain biscuits.
