Wow, this is a healthy dessert and will convince anyone to eat whole wheat and agave nectar instead of white flour and sugar! I cut the cinnamon in half -- I like the chocolate flavor.
Just baked these and I must say I'm impressed! Halfway through I realized I only had two eggs, so I substituted the six egg whites for two eggs and 1/4 cup of soy milk. I also subbed the agave for 1/2 cup honey and 16 drops of liquid stevia. They didn't turn out very sweet so maybe next time I'll add more of both. Also, the brownies ended up with a very fudgey texture. Overall very good though!
